Anytime Astro provides you with an online platform to find and connect with an Astrologer via chat or calls and seek advice from the Astrologer directly by paying for the service you request.

Anytime Astro may collect certain information from you when you use any of the services on the website or the application which includes but is not limited to :

Although, we request financial information from you such as your credit card details. However, neither do we collect or have access to any financial details provided by you. This information is directly provided to our third-party payment gateways that handle, process, and store this information for you to purchase a product from the website or application. Currently, we use Stripe, as our third party payment gateway. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry and thus a high level of payment security is maintained at Stripe. Moreover, Anytime Astro uses a third-party, Google/Firebase Analytics library, to anonymously collect the non-personal identifiable data regarding various actions a user takes within the app. This helps us to analyze the usage of our online services and to improve the quality of the services provided to our users. It is not used for third-party marketing purposes.

UPDATING, REVIEWING, SHARING AND REMOVING INFORMATION

Once you register with Anytime Astro, you are able to view all your login details. And, you may correct any mistakes that are there in the information that you provided.

Your password is critical for your account’s security. So, make sure you create a password with characters, letters, and numbers and do not disclose it to anyone. You are responsible for each action that you do on the application, so if you lose control of your account and the actions done in your account name, you might be subject to legal complications. So, if you lose your password, then notify us immediately and change your password.

You can review all the communication transcripts simply by logging into your account.

If you engage in any communication on the website or application, you hold complete responsibility for the type of information you furnish. When you have a session with an Astrologer or user, it is up to you what kind of information you wish to provide and to what extent. It is solely your decision and if you do not wish to provide certain information, then do not do so. Apply reasonable judgement in providing any sensitive information, such as financial details, to the Astrologer or the user. Anytime Astro will not be responsible for how the Astrologer or the user uses the information shared by you.

CHILDREN

In order to use the Anytime Astro website or application, you need to be 18 and above. If you are under 18, do not use or access the website or the application as a user as well as an Astrologer. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of 18. If you as a parent or guardian are aware that your children have shared or provided any information without your consent, please contact us at support@anytimeastro.com.

ADVERTISING

Ads services allow User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on this Application, possibly based on User interests. This does not mean that all personal data is used for this purpose.

SPAM AND SALE OF INFORMATION

We despise spam. We will never do something that we hate ourselves. Thus, you can be rest assured that we will not spam your mailboxes with unsolicited emails and we will never sell your information to other parties.
