The latest version of DashaSpeaks Windows App requires Windows 7 or above and minimum 4GB RAM. Also, this application works most effectively on Google Chrome Browser.

We use CEFSharp to initialize the chat between the Expert and the user. This is a support library that is required for the chat platform to work efficiently. CefSharp is based on Chromium Embedded Framework, the open source version of Google Chrome. This library is used to provide support for custom plugins, protocols, JavaScript objects and JavaScript extensions. The host application can optionally control resource loading, navigation, context menus, printing and more, while taking advantage of the same performance and HTML5 technologies available in the Google Chrome Web browser.

Also, we require high-speed internet and network connection to facilitate smooth functioning of the Windows Application.
By installing DashaSpeaks Windows App, you can easily connect to your customers and get notified of all new queries instantly. The installation procedure of this app is quick and easy. Depending upon your Windows Architecture (i.e. whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit), you need to install the set up and simply login with your credentials to begin.
Once you install the setup, you can login to your Expert account with the credentials provided to you by the DashaSpeaks Team. You can sign out from your account anytime by clicking on the DashaSpeaks icon in the shell tray on your system and select Logout from the menu.In case you forget your password, you can click on Forgot Password on the login screen and reset your password by following simple instructions. In case you forget your login email, you will have to contact the DashaSpeaks team.If you shut down your system without logging out, then the next time you start your system, you will get logged in automatically.
You can change your availability status as per your convenience by clicking on the Status from the DashaSpeaks menu that you can access through the System tray. Here, you can choose to be either Online or Offline as per your availability. If you select online, then a green icon will appear against your profile and a Let’s Chat button will appear that will allow the user to chat with you. In case you are offline, the user will still be able to send you an email or leave you a message.
When any user wishes to have an online chat session with you, he/she will send you an invite via DashaSpeaks platform which will be shown as a pop-up on your DashaSpeaks Windows app. You will have to accept the invite in order to begin your chat session.
For all the new messages, emails and questions on the forum, you will be notified via pop-ups. You will also be notified if a user chooses to hire you for a reading. Also, you can see these notifications, by clicking on DashaSpeaks icon in your System Tray and selecting Alerts from the Menu. In the Alerts Tab, you will get all the notifications, you have received so far and you can click on the ones you wish to check.
